Are you Aged 16+and still not sure what September will bring for you ?  Then take a look at our P.E Apprenticeships working in Primary and Secondary Schools across Doncaster and Rotherham. You will be supporting the delivery of P.E and school sport, offering support in the classroom within your school.  You will enjoy the opportunity to work in a school environment, earn money, support and deliver sports activities whilst learning essential life skills.  This is a terrific opportunity if you have an interest in sport to develop your career pathway into teaching and sports coaching whilst gaining a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport with our Active Fusion staff and Apprentice Tutor Sarah Belk.

Haydn Briggs (seen above) P.E. mentor Sue Brown praised Haydn’s hard work and dedication to the school saying ‘Haydn has hit the ground running; he’s built a great relationship with, not only the kids, but the staff too and he is always keen to try new things’

Haydn works with different age groups teaching them fun, heart raising activities, monitoring them on break and lunch times and assisting during lesson time. It is clear to see that over the course of his apprenticeship he has formed a great relationship with the students at the school; finding a balance between discipline and motivating the children.

Our apprenticeship schemes have had a great impact on our schools so far and we are looking to recruit more young people with a passion to get involved with coaching other young people, improving their health and well-being through P.E School Sport Apprenticeships.
