Making a Difference
Our charitable services provide support for children and young people and their families across South Yorkshire. In 2022/2023, we helped 22,986 children, young people and families. We responded to local needs in schools and disadvantaged communities across Doncaster and in targeted areas across Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.
Working together with our partners, we are making things fairer for children and young people living in poverty to access sport and physical activities no matter where they are.
Our ambition is to double our impact by 2025, to target our work to those children most in need and to work with over 50,000 children and young people annually.

Active Fusions’ charity insights are based upon the experiences of tens of thousands of disadvantaged young people living in communities across South Yorkshire.
